Community Updates:
We are grateful to offer a community newsletter again!
This monthly publishing will be our opportunity to bring community events, and updates to you.
New Team Members:
For those of you who have not met Correna yet, she is part of our team that will be here on an as needed basis, because she will also help some other communities in the area when she is done training. She is eager to help, so please welcome her and allow her to help whenever you need something!
City Electrical Projects:
There is one last step to the Anaheim Public Utility project that has affected some residents. Regrettably, this next step will affect us all. Toward the end of April, Anaheim will repave the parking area near Benihana—EXACT DATES WILL FOLLOW
Property Painting:
We have scheduled to paint the community trim in May. This is a tentative schedule with more specific detail to follow.
Dog Days:
Dear Dog Owners,
We are having an issue with some resident not picking up after our beloved pooches.
While we attempt to provide “doggie” bags, if they are not available, it is still your responsibility to pick up any deposits.
Please help us avoid charging $25 to each pet owner in your area for us cleaning up after you.
Please also report any households not fulfilling this duty so we may avoid fees to other pet owners.
Yappy Hour Returns
Please let us know if you are interested in having an event to socialize with other pets and pet owners!
We hope to hear from you.
Hot Stuff!
In planning for some upcoming events, we would like your feedback too! Please let us know what you enjoyed most last year, so we can see if it can be done again:
· Hot Dog BBQ
· Big BBQ
· Breakfast at the Gate
· Movie Night
· Pizza Night(s)
We also welcome any new ideas. Thank you for letting us know.
Community “Yard Sale”
We will be hosting another Yard Sale, Saturday, April 17.
Please feel free to set up what you would like to sell in your carport area.
We will place an advertisement in the PennySaver for that date, and make sure that your attendance is as good as possible!
Jorge’s Maintenance Corner
As summer gets closer, please remember to check your air conditioners now to make sure that they will operate the way you expect.
We don’t want you to be hot while waiting for a repair.
Thank you for caring for the community!
