New Team Members:
Lots of new faces at Wateridge; we currently have a new maintenance staff and all new members in the Leasing Office. Please stop by and introduce yourself!

Property Painting:
We will be painting all the wood trim on all the buildings, including carports, as well as all the iron railings and front doors. Notices will be delivered with scheduled dates for your section. The process begins 8/22/11 and will continue for the next few months.
Dog Days:
Dear Dog Owners,
We are having an issue with some resident not picking up after our beloved pooches.
We provide “doggie” bags located throughout the property, but it is still your responsibility to pick up any deposits.
Please help us avoid charging $25 to each pet owner in your area for us cleaning up after you.
Please also report any households not fulfilling this duty so we may avoid fees to other pet owners.
